The Empire Junior Golf Tour provides a competitive setting for junior golfers to gain exposure to college golf, national junior rankings and performance excellence.  EJGT offers professionally-conducted competitions and educational programs to help develop players on and off the golf course and prepare them for collegiate golf and life beyond athletics.

Players ages 8-18 are eligible to compete in separate age divisions:

• Boys 16-18
• Girls 16-18
• Boys 14-15
• Girls 14-15
• Boys 11-13
• Girls 11-13
• Boys & Girls 9-10
• Boys & Girls 8

Tournaments are typically held on weekends during (April – October).

Competitive junior golfers and their families have many options in selecting junior golf tournaments in which to compete. What are the key strengths that separate the EJGT from other tournament operators?

All events are nationally-ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard.   JGS system is based on a mathematical formula, using the following categories to determine a rating for each junior who has played in at least four events over a 52-week period

Performance Based. Members can earn, through performance, exemptions into AJGA qualifiers and HJGT events.
